Cancellation Policy

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice where possible to avoid cancellation charges. Any appointment booked and not attended will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost, or in the case of a pre-paid course of treatments, the client may forfeit a treatment.   In exceptional circumstances, the Manager has the right to waive this charge.

Payment in advance may be required for those treatments that exceed one hour or for a value exceeding £50.

 

Refund and Exchange Policy

Zap Laser Clinic has a "no refund" policy on products or treatments purchased. In exceptional circumstances, the manager has the right to waive this decision, however an administration fee of £25 will be applied as well as any credit/debit card charges that have been incurred by Zap Laser Clinic.

If however a client has an adverse reaction to a skincare product then a full refund will be given.

If a client purchases a skincare product and then later changes their mind, Zap Laser Clinic will exchange the product for another product or treatment of the same value, provided the product is unopened and in the original packaging (where applicable).

A client may choose an alternative product or treatment at a higher price than the original purchase price, but the client must pay the difference in cost.

The client must return the unopened product within 28 days of purchase.
